Founder & CEO
Dr. Justin Cox, is a real estate investor with extensive experience in value-add property redevelopment and operational execution, including seven years of managing international real estate projects. He has led the redevelopment and stabilization of multiple assets in Colombia, South America, overseeing capital improvement programs, operational launch, and workforce training.
Dr. Cox brings a strong operational and analytical background from his experience as a Quality Engineer at Magna International, where he developed expertise in process control, risk management, and operational oversight within complex systems. His approach to real estate ownership emphasizes disciplined execution, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Dr. Cox is deeply committed to improving the quality of life for children in underdeveloped countries, including taking personal trips to achieve this directly.
