Dr. Cox brings a strong operational and analytical background from his experience as a Quality Engineer at Magna International, where he developed expertise in process control, risk management, and operational oversight within complex systems. His approach to real estate ownership emphasizes disciplined execution, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Dr. Cox is deeply committed to improving the quality of life for children in underdeveloped countries, including taking personal trips to achieve this directly.
